# How to create issue?

1.  On the start screen, select one of the available processes: Environment, Health and Safety, Quality, or Tasks.
2.  Add a photo or video from the gallery or take a new photo while registering the issue.
3.  Provide a brief description of the issue and indicate its location on the technical drawing.
4.  Complete the required fields marked with an asterisk (\*) and click "Save."
5.  To add another issue, tap the arrow icon in the upper left corner.
