What are user roles?

Customizable roles

This scope of access can be limited or extended to selected locations, processes or even individual issues (as part of the access management function):

No Access (free):

  • can't log in to Hustro
  • the email address will be suggested while sending PDF reports
  • user can create issues only through an external form (if it has been generated)

Standard (free):

  • creates issues
  • reads and edits only the issues he created or is assigned to
  • displays companies and contracts without the right to create and edit
  • partial access to the analytics module
  • does not have access to inspections, inspection templates and project settings

Viewer (paid):

  • creates issues
  • edits only the issues he created
  • reads all issues, templates, inspections, companies and contracts
  • has full access to the analytics module
  • no access to project settings

Manager (paid):

  • reads, creates and edits issues, templates, inspections, companies, contracts.
  • has full access to the analytics module
  • no access to project settings

Roles unlimited by other accesses

These users can access all issues, processes and locations on selected projects.

Project administrator (paid): 

  • full access to the project
  • ability to add users, companies, change project settings etc.

Organization administrator role (paid): 

  • full access to all projects under an organization
  • ability to create new projects under organization
