New Features in Hustro – March 2026
In the March update, we introduced improvements to documentation management, ticket search, and user administration.
📎 Import document from documentation to a ticket
We added the ability to link a document from the project documentation directly to a ticket.
- import available from within the ticket view
- files from documentation can be attached without re-uploading
- linked documents are visible in a dedicated section of the ticket
This keeps relevant project documentation always at hand, right where it's needed.
🔗 Unlinking documentation from a ticket
We introduced the ability to unlink a connected document directly from the ticket view or gallery.
- action available without leaving the ticket view
- unlinked documents are no longer displayed as active in the linked documentation section
- simplified flow for managing document links
🗂️ Empty folder indicators in documentation
Empty folders are now clearly marked in the documentation structure.
- visual indicator allows quick distinction between folders with content and empty ones
- improves navigation in complex project structures
🔤 Natural sorting in documentation
We improved the sorting of files and folders in documentation.
- sorting now accounts for separator characters:
.,_- - names such as
1.1,1,2,1_3,1-4are sorted in the correct order - better navigation in documentation with numbered files and folders
🔍 Extended ticket search
We improved ticket search by number.
- filtering now works across all segments of the ticket number
- easier to find tickets in large projects
👤 Revoking user permissions
We added the ability to revoke all permissions from a user without removing them from the project or organization.
- a user with no permissions cannot view any data or perform any actions
- their history remains intact — their trace in tickets, inspections, and other records is preserved
This allows effective access restriction without losing the activity history of a given person.
🛠️ Fixes & improvements
- More stable file uploads — adding documents and attachments works more reliably with fewer errors
- More predictable filters in ticket tables — filters behave more consistently and are easier to use
- Better display of long file names — longer titles are now fully visible in the uploader
